Every effort is made to ensure goods are delivered between 7 to 21 working days from the date of your order. This timeframe varies depending on the location the goods are being shipped to.

To avoid unnecessary delay please ensure you provide accurate address details while completing the order process.

If for any reason 4GL is unable to despatch goods within 14 working day from the date of your order, 4GL will contact you and advise you of the expected despatch date. Should this be unsuitable, 4GL will offer a full refund of monies paid.

Please note we don’t:

• Ship products overseas
• Take responsiblity for delivery being received by unauthorised persons

RETURNS

iiamo products come with a manufacturer’s replacement warranty which runs for 90 days from the date of purchase.

If the item you purchase proves to be faulty please contact us immediately with your order confirmation email that was sent to you at the time of purchase, these details will enable us to process your claim and despatch a replacement promptly.
